Recently Completed: San Francisco Tiny Cabins

G&G’s recently completed project is a Tiny Cabins Community located off of Mission St. in San Francisco. This innovative project is set to revolutionize the approach to addressing homelessness in the city, offering not just shelter but a sustainable solution for individuals in need.

Pre-Fabricated Solution

The Tiny Cabins Community, which comprises 65 rooms in total, was crafted in collaboration with Boss Cubez. These prefabricated cabins come in three different sizes, each meticulously designed to maximize space and functionality. Boss Cubez's reputation for excellence, affordability, and ease of assembly through their 'built-on-site system' made them the ideal partner for this project.

Thanks to the panelized system employed in the design of these cabins, the assembly process was highly efficient. With components that lock together seamlessly, G&G Builders expedited construction without compromising on quality. This not only ensured swift completion but also upheld the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Not only are Boss Cubez structures fast and easy to assemble, but they also meet stringent building codes and accessibility standards. Certified to meet International Residential Codes (IRC 2022) and Emergency Housing Appendix O of the California Building Codes (CBC 2019), these structures prioritize safety and compliance without compromising on efficiency.

Approach to Homelessness

The Tiny Cabins Community is more than just a housing project; it's an innovative approach to tackling homelessness. Alongside providing shelter, it offers support services, community engagement programs, and pathways to long-term stability. It's about restoring dignity and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives.

As we celebrate the completion of this milestone project, we extend our gratitude to all those who contributed their time, expertise, and resources. Together, we've proven that with innovation and compassion, we can create positive change and build a brighter future for all. G&G Builders remains committed to driving innovation in the construction industry while making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. The Tiny Cabins Community is not just a testament to what we can achieve but a promise of what's yet to come.
